El Arupo Hostel-Medellin was established in July of 2009. It is a beautiful house, built by one of the best architects in Medellin. El Arupo is located on one of the most desirable streets of "Barrio El Poblado." There you can find some of the best restaurants in Medellin, at only 5 minutes walking distance from the famous "Parque Lleras." It is the perfect atmosphere for relaxing, and making new friends from all over the world, while having a beer in our cosy living room or our beautiful garden. We have been making a difference with special services to our hostel guests since 1993 when we opened our first "Hostal El Arupo," in Quito-Ecuador.
